Marco Polo Boats Limited Warranty

1. The Warranty

Marco Polo Boats, Inc. (“Manufacturer”) warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) that any Marco Polo Boat trade-marked boat or accessory (“Product”) purchased by Buyer from Manufacturer shall be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of one (1) year after the date of original retail purchase. In the event of such a defect, Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product or part thereof without charge (excluding shipping costs).

In addition, the integrity of hull is warranted for three years, excluding damage caused by misuse or accident.

All options and accessories from other manufacturers carry their respective original warranties.

2. Exclusions

Marco Polo Boats does NOT warrant the following:

the boat, any boat component, or any accessory product which has not been assembled, used, and maintained in accordance with the instructions or owner’s manual accompanying the boat or available at the website marcopoloboats.com;

• normal color fading of materials;

• damage caused in an accident;

• damage caused by abuse, misuse or improper operation;

• any item that has been repaired, modified or altered by someone other than Manufacturer;

• damage as a result of shipping, warehousing, or storage once the boat has been delivered to Purchaser.

NOTE: All shipping expenses related to a warranty claim are the Purchaser's responsibility.

3. If any Product is purchased or used for rental or other commercial purposes, or for/by a corporation, partnership, company, organization or association including without limitation camps, clubs, resorts, schools, or the like, then the term of this Limited Warranty is limited to a period of ninety (90) days after the date of original retail purchase, and the integrity of the hull is warranted for one year.

4. To obtain warranty service for any product covered by this Limited Warranty, Purchaser must contact Marco Polo Boats, Inc. at customerservice@marcopoloboats.com, and supply proof of the date of purchase along with specific claim details. If Manufacturer determines that a warranted defect exists, Purchaser will be advised by Manufacturer on shipping instructions for repair or replacement, at Manufacturer’s discretion. All shipping expenses are the Purchaser's responsibility.
